What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Officer (Members Club) position at Hush?

Our founders recognized a gap in the market for a lifestyle club that caters to the sophisticated tastes of our target audience in Phoenix, Arizona. Through meticulous planning and attention to detail, we have curated a Members Only Club, Catering to Lifestyle Insider and Enthusiasts, Luxury Seekers, and the Social Elite. Our goal it to take the Taboo out of the Pineapple Lifestyle. Our physical location serves as a safe community space for like-minded individuals to connect and engage, offering a unique and personalized experience for our members.
Security: Manages the Front & Back of the House and is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation
Duties will & can include:
Management: Parking Management
Ensure a safe environment: Hush Society Members are to feel safe during their time at the club. We don’t not allow Weapons in the venue.
Greeting guests: Welcoming guests to the venue and thanking them as they leave.
Assisting guests: Answering questions, Escorting patrons out off the premises as needed.
Maintaining the venue: Keeping the parking lot area clean and observing common areas to clean as needed. Maintaining proper occupancy levels.
Supporting events: Ensuring guests are aware of upcoming events
Collaborating with staff: Coordinating with staff about options and assisting them as needed
Handling Complaints: Addressing guest concerns and finding solutions to best suit all parties involved.
