Husk Charleston is in search of an experienced Sous Chef.
Centrally located in historic downtown Charleston, Husk highlights the history of Southern food. Exploring ingredient-driven cuisine that begins in the rediscovery of heirloom products - redefining what it means to cook and eat in the Holy City.
This position is for someone who prides themselves on operating with integrity and professionalism. We are seeking someone who is always team oriented and finds themselves leading by example. The Sous Chef is:
- Experienced, preferably 3 years cooking experience in an upscale, full-service, high-volume restaurant
- Detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Driven and professional with a passion for leading, educating and training staff
- Adept at multi-tasking and prioritizing job duties with good communication skills
