Controllers Assembly Technician
Days : 9 : 00AM – 5 : 00PM)
In this role you will be responsible for the mechanical and electrical assembly of hot runner controllers in a manufacturing production environment, to ensure 100% quality and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform the duties required in each stage of building a hot runner controller including electrical and mechanical assembly
- Conduct system electrical testing under full power
- Operate heavy equipment (forklift and crane) in a safe manner
- Understand and follow all health and safety procedures, including safe operation of equipment
- Record quality information; e.g. quality sheets, check lists, etc.
- Participate in team meetings; provide input and ideas for improving
- Share in cross-training and provide direction to employees including on-the-job training
