What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Assistant position at Husky Technologies?
As an assistant, you will provide a full range of administration and office support services for the Milton Campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Business Center coverage from 7:45AM- 4:30PM daily and as required for large customer/supplier visits
- Primary BOM (Bill of Material) Coordinator for Engineering Releases
- Receive and sign-in all visitors and direct to appropriate personnel
- Answer switchboard and ensure calls are directed appropriately in a timely manner
- Prepare, distribute and collect visitor badges
- Collect, sort, and deliver all internal and external mail
- Administrative support of New Hire Process, including uniforms, lockers and other areas as specified
- Photocopy Bill of Materials to projects
- Provide administrative business functions as specified
- Act as backup coverage for the Print Room
- Act as backup for inside sales order process
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service orientation with a pleasant telephone voice and manner
- Demonstrated ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous administrative support experience strongly preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,452.39 - $50,000.00 per year
