Primary responsibility is account management which will drive aftermarket (CSM) revenue of all CSM products, including Spare Parts, Upgrades and growth through customer retention, recapture and prevent of contract cancellations. Effective achievement of account strategy objectives for Elite customers for the region and ensuring collaboration with Sales on integrated account strategies

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Sales role: General Field Sales and Account Management work focused on selling and account management activities including face to face selling to new customers and cross/up/repeat selling to existing customers.
  • Responsible for all CSM Products Sales, including Spare Parts, Upgrades and Contracts
  • Assess and Hunt in the install base customer needs to bring customers back to Husky service contracts through recapture process of suggesting appropriate products and services. Ensure customers systematically understand the service value proposition enabling continual renewal.
  • Develop and present sales proposals
  • Anticipate customer problems and proactively work to resolve. Involve Husky team as needed and appropriate. Turn problems into opportunities.
  • Ensure good and systematic collaboration, teamwork and communication with Rigid Sales; Participate in Integrated account management planning
  • Work and contribute as effective team member of region P&L structure.

Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of injection molding concepts and system operation from a user perspective
  • Experience in injection molding maintenance, Husky service team and/or Husky sales would be an asset
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong project, organization and time management skills
  • Advanced understanding of Husky’s strengths and current markets
  • Ability to independently set and achieve targets
  • Extensive travel for this role

Qualifications / Experience

  • Availability to travel within the US and Canada
  • Post-secondary education (college or university degree) would be preferred but is not essential.
  • 5 -10 years experience within the Injection Molding Industry with emphasis on IMM Maintenance, Service and/or Sales.
