Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Planning (75%)
- Manage purchasing orders between Canada and the U.S.
- Monitor, track, and optimize excess and obsolete inventory.
- Collaborate with demand planning to maintain inventory targets and analyze safety stock levels.
- Create and maintain inventory reports and performance metrics.
- Product Management (15%)
- Oversee product lifecycle transitions in collaboration with the Product Management team.
- Manage product activations and deactivations within the ERP system.
- Collaboration & Communication (10%)
- Represent inventory needs in monthly S&OP meetings.
- Act as a point of contact for cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, and Distribution.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2-3 years’ inventory management or purchasing; ERP and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) are a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of supply chain principles.

- Office-based with a focus on meeting critical deadlines and using PC tools extensively.
