Husqvarna Construction is seeking a Bilingual (Canadian French & English) Customer Solutions Representative to join our growing team in Olathe, KS! This position is the primary point of contact for our customers and sales team needing to place new orders or to inquire about existing product orders and will be a primary contact for our Canandian customers.

SHIFT

Our CSRs enjoy daytime working hours (with 8-hour shifts between 7 : 00 a.m. and 6 : 00 p.m.), Monday - Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Call Handling & Order Processing

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers and sales staff.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about product availability, lead times, and shipment tracking information.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer issues.
• Accurately place product orders per customer's request.
• Coordinate with other departments to verify availability of product.
• Recommend product selection of equipment and blades.

Our extensive construction product range includes machines, diamond tools and all accessories that you need for cutting, sawing and drilling, as well as polishing floors. The stone product range is comprised of a variety of different diamond tools for quarries and the stone processing industry. We are located in Olathe, Kansas. We are looking to expand our Center of Excellence where we work with customers in both the US and Canada.
