Husqvarna Construction is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative to join our growing team in Olathe, KS! This position is the primary point of contact for our customers and sales team needing to place new orders or to inquire about existing product orders.

Our CSRs enjoy daytime working hours (with 8-hour shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.), Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities
Call Handling & Order Processing
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers and sales staff.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about product availability, lead times, and shipment tracking information.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer issues.
- Accurately place product orders per customer’s request.
- Coordinate with other departments to verify availability of product.
- Recommend product selection of equipment and blades.
- Manage assigned case inventory in CRM system.
- Respond to email correspondence from customers or sales team.
- Retrieve and send invoice or packing lists as requested.
- Process credit memos.
- Research shipping information and resolve the order to conclusion.
- Actively maintain communication with the sales team regarding customer problems.
- Provide basic technical guidance on products.
- Manage back ordered products to ensure a timely delivery of product.
- Solid working knowledge of a call reporting management (CRM) system
- Solid working knowledge of phone operating system.
- Ability to read schematics and illustrated parts list.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and Word.
- High school degree or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 3-5 years' previous work experience balancing call center and data entry.
