What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Drive user demand with strategic dealers in key profit pool categories through product demos and training
Support SuperFloor strategy by identifying new user targets and demonstrating product value
Execute sales ride-alongs with dealer teams to enhance sell-through
Manage and maintain user leads within CRM and identify new leads using various tools
Liaise between internal departments to address product field issues and report as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications) :
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or an applicable technical field preferred
Experience in analytics-based sales organizations
Ability to travel overnight 60-75% of the time
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
Experience working with construction or stone industry products
Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools
Background in sales training or product demonstrations
Knowledge of market development strategies
Proven track record of driving sales growth
