Founded and operated by the husband-and-wife team of Jeff and Lean Huss, our beers are available exclusively in Arizona. We also have a communal taproom in Taproom in South Tempe, Uptown Phoenix, and opening the Downtown Phoenix Brewpub at the Phoenix Convention Center. We proudly serve the Huss Family of Beers (Huss, Papago & Arizona Light) as well as great scratch-made food with new and old friends alike!JOB DESCRIPTIONThe back-of-house team is responsible for preparing meals for guests while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Huss cooks must work at a quick pace while working together as a Huss Family to take care of all our guests. Being friendly, hard-working, and having a love of serving others while having FUN at work is a MUST for Huss employees!Key duties and responsibilities shall include : Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stationsPreparing food includes cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers, and saladsWorking with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on timeWashing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shiftsEnsuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulationsOther duties as needed to ensure efficient delivery of service to customers in a consistent mannerMove with speed through your prep list, line setup, and preparing food.High communication to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our guests and our teamWHAT WE OFFER
