About the Role:
Hussle is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Customer Success Representative to join our team. This is an entry-level role that’s perfect for someone looking to break into SaaS and grow into a future Customer Success Manager or Account Manager.
You’ll be the first line of support for our users—handling troubleshooting questions, password resets, and ensuring our customers are set up for success. You’ll also work closely with both our CSM and Business Development teams, gaining exposure to real-world client strategy and sales pipeline operations.

What You'll Do:
- Be the first responder for inbound customer support questions via email, phone, and in-app chat
- Troubleshoot common user issues like login trouble, password resets, data validation, and app functionality
- Help maintain our help docs and internal FAQ materials
- Assist Customer Success Managers with onboarding tasks, usage tracking, and client reporting
- Support the Business Development team with light research, CRM updates, and prep work for prospecting
- Flag user trends and bugs for our product and engineering teams
- Keep our customers happy and supported with a fast, friendly, solution-focused approach
What We're Looking For:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and quick learner (experience with HubSpot, Jira, Slack, or Zendesk is a plus).
- Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Calm under pressure with a problem-solving mindset.
- Self-starter eager to grow in SaaS, particularly in customer success or account management.
- Experienced in fast-paced agile environments with a proven track record.

- This is an on-site position in Lehi, Utah; no remote work or relocation assistance available.

Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
