Your Role:
This role involves overseeing the Installation Department, ensuring successful installations, and promoting a safe work environment. You will manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your strong communication and organizational skills to lead cross-functional teams. Your background in management and supervisory functions, combined with knowledge of commercial refrigeration, makes you an ideal candidate for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the installation process, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
2. Provide guidance and coaching to junior staff members, focusing on technical skills and soft skills development.
3. Collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to review and refine project proposals, ensuring they meet customer expectations and company goals.
4. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement, driving continuous process enhancements and innovation.
Requirements:
* High School or Bachelor's Degree required; five years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Working knowledge of basic refrigeration and/or commercial refrigeration and HVAC preferred.
* Strong background in management/supervisory functions, including leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to read renderings and prints, with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
