Key Responsibilities
- Team Coordination: Assist in managing team members, ensuring smooth collaboration, and addressing any roadblocks.
- Task Management: Oversee weekly task completion, follow up on pending work, and maintain accountability across teams.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor progress on key deliverables and generate reports on efficiency and productivity.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in operations and suggest improvements for workflow efficiency.

Who You Are:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
