Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and account details.
- Resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot technical issues, and address other concerns effectively.
- Document and update customer records accurately in the database.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department as needed.
- Meet performance metrics, including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
