Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to solve problems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Provide accurate product or service information in response to customer queries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring a positive experience for each customer.
- Assist customers with account-related questions, billing, technical issues, or product concerns.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while managing difficult customer interactions.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Follow scripts, guidelines, and best practices to provide consistent service.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on new products and services.
- Meet performance targets, including response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications in customer service are a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
