Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled and proactive Communications Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for internal and external communication efforts, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective messaging across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain professionalism in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

External Communications :

Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and public relations.Craft press releases, media kits, and external announcements.Maintain and enhance relationships with media representatives and stakeholders.Content Development :

Create compelling content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.Develop marketing materials that align with the company's tone and branding.Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy and consistency.Crisis Communication :

Assist in managing communication during emergencies or sensitive situations.Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information to relevant audiences.Brand Management :

Uphold the company's voice, image, and messaging in all communications.Monitor public sentiment and feedback to adapt strategies as needed.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems (CMS).Knowledge of graphic design tools and multimedia editing is a plus.Benefits
