Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Communications Coordinator to join our team. This role is integral to our organization's efforts to enhance internal and external communication strategies, ensuring that our messaging aligns with our mission and values. Salary Range: $21.00 - $31.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies to promote organizational goals.
• Create engaging content for various platforms, including websites, newsletters, and social media.
• Manage and update social media accounts, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
• Coordinate internal communication efforts to ensure employees are informed and engaged.
• Organize and support events, presentations, and other communication initiatives.
• Track and analyze communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in communications or a similar role.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
