Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team and provide outstanding support to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing detailed information about our products and services. You will act as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless, positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Assist customers with order placements, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies.
- Process and document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and follow up on resolutions.
- Identify and escalate issues that require further attention to the appropriate team or supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service are a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
