Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction : Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- Issue Resolution : Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently, escalating issues to higher management when necessary.
- Service Knowledge : Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Order Processing : Assist customers with placing, modifying, or canceling orders and track shipment statuses as required.
