We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to work well under pressure. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for entering and updating data in our systems, ensuring data integrity, and supporting other administrative tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in the company's database or management system.
- Ensure data consistency and quality by verifying, reviewing, and correcting data entries.
- Process and organize documents, forms, and other materials for data entry.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Assist with data-related reports and research as required.
- Communicate with other departments to resolve discrepancies or issues with data.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing physical or electronic records.
- Ensure data is entered and updated in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration or data management is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
