We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of events. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating logistics, managing vendors, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth event operations. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for creating exceptional experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and organizing events, including corporate gatherings, conferences, trade shows, and social functions.
- Coordinate event logistics, such as venue setup, catering, audio-visual requirements, and guest accommodations.
- Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure all event details are executed as planned.
- Manage event-related administrative tasks, including maintaining schedules, tracking budgets, and preparing reports.
- Support marketing and promotional efforts, including social media updates and email communication.
- Assist in on-site event execution, including registration, guest assistance, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations during events.
