Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients upon arrival and provide them with assistance as needed.
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner, directing calls to the appropriate departments or team members.
- Manage the appointment calendar, scheduling and confirming appointments for staff and executives.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and ensure all resources are stocked and usable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring proper distribution among staff.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and clients.
