Hustle Sports Group is looking for a dynamic and driven sports marketing professional to join our team. Position Overview

The primary focus of this role is driving business development through partnerships and endorsements. This includes brand research, lead generation, sales outreach, partnership management, and closing new deals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential brand partnerships, sponsorship opportunities, and industry trends.
  • Conduct outreach to national, regional, and local brands to secure sponsorships and marketing collaborations.
  • Develop compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to support business development efforts.
  • Build and maintain a target list of brands and potential marketing partners for our talent roster.
  • Manage existing partnerships, ensuring seamless communication, deliverables execution, and payment tracking.
  • Oversee athlete brand development and marketing strategies for Hustle’s client roster.
  • Support Hustle’s internal and external communications, including website updates and social media.
  • Identify and recruit new clients to expand the agency’s talent roster.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in athlete marketing, business development, sponsorship sales, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to generate revenue through partnerships, sponsorships, or sales.
  • Strong understanding of the sports marketing landscape, preferably with expertise in MLB and professional baseball.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage talent, brands, and key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for sports marketing.
  • Team player with a willingness to take on multiple roles and contribute to the agency’s growth.
