Duties
- Conduct engaging fitness classes including Pilates, Yoga, Senior Fitness, and more.
- Provide personalized training sessions tailored to individual client needs and goals.
- Educate clients on anatomy knowledge and proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness.
- Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment in the gym and studio.
- Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and techniques to enhance class offerings.

Experience
- Previous experience as a Fitness Instructor or in a related role is a must.
- Knowledge of anatomy is essential for providing safe instruction.
- Experience in personal training is a plus.
- Familiarity with various fitness modalities such as Pilates, cycle, CrossFit, kickboxing, etc.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively.
- A passion for health and fitness with a commitment to helping others succeed.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $75.00 per hour
