Major Responsibility
- The position along with and in the absence of the Casino Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing the gaming operations the casino on their assigned shift.
Wage: $35.00 to $45.00 an hour

Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acknowledge and greet customers in a friendly, warm, and courteous manner.
- Ensure that dealers are following proper procedure and are obtaining the correct collection.
- Oversee and supervise all casino gaming personnel.
- Work with F & B, Security, and the Cashier Cage to maintain the highest level of effectiveness and efficiency possible in the absence of their Department Heads.
- Ensure that correct and accurate gaming decisions are made according to the company policies.
- Maintain excellent customer relations and problem-solving skills.
- Abide by and adhere to all HR and Company policies and procedures.
- Make all final gaming decisions.
- Be up to date on all rules, procedures, and gaming promotions for the casino.
- Hold daily pre-shift meetings with gaming staff to ensure knowledge of new promotions, rule changes, and other items pertaining to the gaming floor.
- Generate and email daily shift manager’s reports with regards to incidents, call-ins, jackpots, and other pertinent information.
- Perform all other work-related duties as assigned by the Director of Gaming Operations.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
- Must be able to communicate in English.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- HS Diploma or GED.
- Must have prior Casino/Cardroom experience, specifically Cal Side & Poker Side experience (at least 5 years of Casino Supervisorial experience preferred).
- Must be able to work any shift.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gardena City Work permit
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a California Key Employee gaming license.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Fast paced, 24 Hour work environment.
- Must be able to work on your feet for the duration of your shift.
Salary : $35 - $45
