Main Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair vehicle problems using advanced diagnostic tools
- Communicate effectively with customers and Service Advisors about repair estimates and timelines
- Ensure high-quality repairs that meet dealership standards
- Work efficiently to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies
Essential Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as a Service Technician, preferably with Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram
- ASE Certification and B level qualifications in relevant areas
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
