We are offering a salary based on experience and education along with a yearly bonus after the first year. This position will report daily to our Lafayette office and working hours are 7am-4pm with an hour lunch.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage multiple projects with budgets ranging from $250K to $10M.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure project success, managing manpower and resources effectively.
- Utilize project management software such as Accubid, PlanGrid/Procore, or similar platforms.
- Maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and customer service.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
General Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction Management or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with project management software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
