Enrollment Manager - ADP
POSITION SUMMARY
The Enrollment Manager for the Adult Degree Program (ADP) will lead the strategic direction and implementation of recruitment and enrollment activities. This role requires a proactive and collaborative leader who can drive results in a dynamic environment, develop strong partnerships, and inspire a high-performing team.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruitment and Relationship Management:
- Proactively identify and engage new recruitment venues and stakeholders to broaden outreach.
- Strengthen and maintain existing recruitment pipelines through effective relationship-building.
- Develop and implement an annual recruitment plan to achieve enrollment targets.
- Facilitate engagement from faculty, alumni, and current students in recruitment efforts.
- Develop marketing strategies that resonate with adult learners, emphasizing the institution's commitment to flexibility, support services, and career advancement opportunities.
- Data Analysis and Process Improvement:
- Analyze and report on enrollment trends and metrics to inform decision-making.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment and enrollment outcomes.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor enrollment trends among non-traditional students, assess recruitment strategies' effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
- Leadership and Team Development:
- Supervise and coordinate enrollment projects, including broader university initiatives.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing onboarding, training, and career development support.
- Oversee application evaluation processes, ensuring timely and efficient admissions decisions.
- Communication and Liaison:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Vice President for Enrollment and the ADP staff, ensuring alignment of initiatives and goals.
- Represent the ADP at internal and external meetings, fostering collaboration across departments.
- Work closely with student services to ensure the availability of resources such as academic advising, career counseling, and financial aid tailored to the unique needs of non-traditional students.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in enrollment management, higher education, or a related field.

- Proven track record in developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data to inform strategies and improve processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse
- stakeholders.
- Experience in team management, including training, mentoring, and professional development.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of adult education programs and the unique needs of adult learners is a plus.
SUPERVISION
- This position reports to the Dean of Enrollment Management
SALARY RANGE
- $62,000 - $67,000 Annually, plus benefits

Founded in 1875, Huston-Tillotson University is Austin's first institution of higher education.
