What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wine Club Manager position at Huston Vineyards?
Huston Vineyards is a family-owned winery in the Caldwell, Idaho, the gateway to the Sunnyslope Wine Trail. We are seeking a Wine Club Manager to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of wine club management with a focus on providing exceptional service to our established wine club members and guests new to Huston. In addition oversee all aspects of internal administration of wine club activities and events. This person will work closely with winery owners and team members to maintain our current membership and devise and implement strategy for club expansion. Strong organizational skills are also required to manage our members using our database. Excellent interpersonal skills including email and phone etiquette, attention to detail, and ability to analyze data will be necessary to succeed.
The Wine Club Manager will handle the following tasks as well as other responsibilities as directed by the owners:
· Work closely with Owners and Event Coordinator to plan and execute all Club Release Events
· Develop, coordinate and implement a communication strategy with club members regarding upcoming releases, events, credit card management, specialty wines available for purchase and delivery services
· Keep wine club data base up to date and accurate
· Process all charges for member allocations.
· .Respond promptly to all wine club member inquiries.
· Promote wine club membership with guests and educate tasting room team members to do the same.
· Oversee all shipping orders
· Work closely with our wine club members and guests to build relationships and provide education on wines and events.
· Monitor key club performance metrics and implement measure to ensure goals attained.
· Monitor credit card declines and contact wine club members for updated information.
· Resolve issues with members and problems with sales transactions.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelors Degree in Hospitality or equivalent experience.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to grammar and email etiquette
· Creative
· Exceptional outreach skills with an emphasis in telesales
· Strong organizational, time and project management skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Publisher and general computer operations
· Experience with customer service management software.
· Detail oriented with problem-solving and analytical skills
· Ability to plan ahead, manage, and prioritize multiple projects
· Excellent skills in sales, customer service and hospitality
· Knowledge of wine and enthusiasm for Idaho wine
· Previous winery experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,500.00 - $56,000.00 per year
