Responsibilities and requirements of Refinish Tech:
- Prep and paint Vehicle Efficiently
- Ability to know paint ready body work
- Ability to buff paint Imperfections
- Color match and blending of color
- Teamwork & Communication skills
- Team Leader
- Maintain clean and organized environment
- High Quality Production Painting
- Positive attitude
- Dependable
- Self-accountable and Integrity
- Maintain a Monday - Friday 7:45 am - 5:30pm schedule
- Must Have Tools for Refinishing Vehicle (hand tools, sanders, and paint guns)
- You must have a valid driver's license
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds
- Motivated pace
