Hutch Paving is currently seeking a Patch Crew Foreman
Responsibilities:
- Managing an asphalt crack crew.
- Complete scheduled Crack filling efficiently.
- Cleaning our cracks with backpack blower efficiently.
- Teach and develop employees.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of Supervisory experience in asphalt.
- Ability to read and understand plans, specifications, and scopes of work is required
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
- Exceptional people skills.
- Must be able to work Monday-Saturday.
