Job Responsibilities:
- Assign tasks to crew.
- Dispatch crew
- Ability to complete limited manual labor.
- Operate Mill
- Ability to communicate with laborers to efficiently complete tasks
- Ability to communicate and conduct oneself professionally with team members, supervisors, and the public.
- Availability to work Saturdays.
- Availability to work overtime.
- Complete job reports
- Communicate with Project managers and Sales staff about job status
