What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Estimating/Admin Assistant position at Hutch Paving?
Sales/Estimating Assistant Responsibilities:
- Work with Sales/Estimating staff to draft proposals in preparation for submission
- Apply for permits and order certificates of insurance for projects
- Request miss dig on jobs and assist miss dig workers with ongoing coordination
- Request and turn in submittals
- Order and execute bonds
- Review project specifications during the bidding process
- Execute and prepare prime bids for delivery
- Create project map in Microsoft publisher
- Various other office tasks as required (I.e., light cleaning, ordering supplies, answering phone calls, general administrative support)
Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Must be proficient in the use of general office equipment (including but not limited to printer/copier/fax machine)
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Excellent communication with experience in customer service
