What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Service Assistant Manager position at Hutch's C-Stores?
We are looking for people passionate about treating customers to our delicious and varied menu items 24 hours a day. Some duties and responsibilities for Assistant Managers include:
- Preparing food items according to job aides
- Ensuring food is prepared according to build-to's and suggesting adjustments when needed
- Train & Develop employees to ensure we are offering the highest quality products
- Label, date, & rotate products to control waste
- Order deli product and perform audits to maintain appropriate inventory levels
Serv Safe Certification or other food handling certification is a plus!
