A Hutcherson Construction Client Relationship Manager is a professional who specializes in selling decking and siding products and services to clients in the exterior construction industry. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
Manage and grow existing clients, along with organic leads provided from the Business Development team.
Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels such as networking events and
referrals.
Present, promote and sell products/services, using Hutcherson Construction’s established selling
process, to existing and prospective clients to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
Conduct site visits to gather information and meet with clients to assess their needs and preferences.
Establish and maintain sufficient product knowledge to provide product demonstrations and technical
expertise to clients.
Provide accurate information and solutions to clients based on their specific needs.
Prepare quotes and negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and prepare sales proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and production to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, new products, and competitor activities.
Travel as applicable to trade shows or events, demonstrating products to prospects to gain new clients.
Participate in professional development and product trainings as applicable.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing or related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience as a sales representative or in a comparable sales role; experience in the construction field preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Licenses or Designations:
A valid driver's license is required for this role.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This is largely a sedentary role but would require the ability to move up to 20 pounds at times.
This role generally operates in an office environment and travels throughout the day to clients’ homes and is required to work 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Due to the nature of this role, there may be times when required to work extended hours and weekends to meet the needs of the business.
This role may have the ability to work remote.

Pay: $64,836.00 - $106,339.00 per year
