We’re Hiring: Sr. Sales Engineer / Account Manager – Southwest Territory
Join a high-impact team supporting top-tier defense and industrial customers like Raytheon, Honeywell, and Barber-Nichols. Hutchinson Aerospace & Industry is a global leader in vibration, shock, and noise control solutions — and we’re looking for a Senior Sales Engineer / Account Manager to lead growth in one of our most strategic U.S. territories: the Southwest (Arizona & Texas region).
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and grow strategic customer accounts
- Drive business development for new and existing defense/industrial clients
- Be the Voice of the Customer internally
- Lead quoting, pricing, and proposal efforts
- Partner with Engineering and Ops to bring solutions to life
- Influence key decision-makers across the customer and internal organization
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree (engineering preferred) OR equivalent technical sales experience
- 3–5 years of B2B technical sales in Aerospace, Defense, or Industrial markets
- Strong understanding of AS9100, ITAR, and OEM sales processes
- Ability to build relationships, think strategically, and manage complex projects
- U.S. Citizenship is required (due to ITAR/NOFORN regulations)
