The Electromechanical technician is responsible for the installation and repair of production and facility equipment.
Responsibilities :
- Performing preventative maintenance checks on industrial equipment
- Replacing worn parts and components
- Reading blueprints and technical manuals to understand equipment operation
- Utilizing specialized tools and diagnostic equipment
- Working in various industrial equipment
- Perform minor welding and fabrication tasks to repair damaged parts when necessary
- Install new machinery, align components, and ensure proper functionality according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment issues
- Excellent analytical skills to identify root causes of equipment malfunctions
