Responsibilities
- Manage process development and industrialization for new products and improve existing processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with production planning, operations, and product engineering personnel.
- Apply APQP principles to plan and design manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- Associate degree and one to two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Rubber to metal molding engineering experience is highly desired.
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in component manufacturing.
- Experience in adhesives and application of adhesives to metals used in rubber to metal molding.
