An amenities-rich, luxury senior living community in Silicon Valley (Sunnyvale) is in search of a highly motivated Director of Sales to drive revenue, develop internal and external marketing initiatives and build strategic relationships to ensure its on-going financial success. Qualified candidates should come from the senior living industry and already reside in the local area.

Compensation for this position is up to $92k base lucrative incentives, conservatively averaging $4,500 per month, plus excellent benefits.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales events and strategies designed to increase resident census
- Prepare operational and financial sales department reports
- Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability
- Communicate appropriately with and residents and their family members to ensure understanding of services and on-going satisfaction with care
- Collaborate with operations leaders and occasionally assist in other areas of the community, as needed
