Seeking an experienced Estate Manager to oversee a high-end luxury estate in Miami, FL. This role requires extensive experience working with ultra-high-net-worth/ high profile individuals, fluency in both English and Spanish is a MUST, and exceptional tech-savviness.
As the Estate Manager, you will oversee property and inventory management, coordinate maintenance efforts, manage construction and special projects, and lead a small team of employees. You'll also work closely with the head of Global Estate Operations, contributing to policy development and ensuring seamless operations. A focus on service, warmth, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach is essential.
Ideal candidates are strategic, adaptable, creative, and bring calm, positive energy to the role. Prior estate management experience is a must for this dynamic and rewarding position. Candidates MUST live in the Miami area and MUST speak fluent English and Spanish.
