Duties and Responsibilities
- Promote an engaged and positive environment among the laboratory team.
- Perform phlebotomy and prepare specimens for analysis as needed or assigned to ensure a high level of quality is maintained.
- Perform computer functions including test requisition, test resulting, and quality documentation according to standard protocols.
- Evaluate specimens for specimen integrity and accurate and complete labeling.
- Perform instrument maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting as scheduled or needed.
