Job Summary:
Hutchinson Kia of Albany is seeking highly motivated Automotive Sales Professionals / manager in training to join our team. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the fast-paced and exciting automotive industry. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. This position is a manager in training position based off key performances.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive compensation package consisting of a huge salary and a generous commission structure, with an earning potential of $24,000 to $150,000 per year. Additionally, our Sales Professionals enjoy weekly salary plus monthly commission bonus and access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the car buying process
- Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to potential buyers to help them make informed purchasing decisions
- Conduct test drives and accompany customers on vehicle tours
- Negotiate and close sales transactions in a professional and courteous manner
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
- Attend training and development sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the sales team to achieve dealership goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and salesmanship abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
