The Community Crisis Stabilization Supervisor provides oversight to assigned staff that work closely with all Horizons clinical and community staff to provide services at varying levels of intensity and frequency with the goal of maintaining the client in the community. The Community Crisis Stabilization Supervisor provides oversight to the Mobile Crisis Unit and Co-Responders Team. The supervisor will work to provide quality crisis response through in person interventions and via telehealth assessment. The supervisor will assist the Manager and Director in the implementation of policies and procedures that help support staff and provide person centered, trauma focused care to consumers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Oversees the day-to-day activities of the MCU for Area offices.
- Completes monthly rounding on staff
- Regularly reviews client service hours and documentation completion reports to ensure maximum productivity of assigned staff members.
- Coordinates schedules for adequate coverage for all teams.
- Ensures crisis needs are being covered.
- Provides support to staff.
- Participates in program planning, development, budgeting, and operation.
- Participates in the hiring process and training of new staff.
- Provides direct service at appropriate billing level.
- Participates in yearly evaluations for assigned staff.
- Participate in weeknight/weekend admin on call rotation.
- Other activities as assigned
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Knowledge and practice derived from direct service provision.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Master’s Level Clinician.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience managing staff
- Knowledge and experience with Community Mental Health
- One to three years’ experience working with, diagnosing and treating the SPMI/SMI or SED populations.
- Understand integrating care with other providers.
- Ability to supervise other clinicians for their clinical licensure (must have 2 years of experience after gaining clinical licensure).
- Experience working with diverse client population including high-risk populations.
- Experience managing treatment plans and treatment teams, including directing and managing client treatment with other providers.
- Specialized treatment including EMDR, DBT, SFBT, Motivational Interviewing, CBT and other evidenced based treatments.
REQUIRED LICENSE/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION:
- BSRB Licensed at Master’s Level Clinician.
- All necessary trainings for delivering specialized care, including all applicable trainings for being an Outpatient Therapist.
