The Decision Support Manager is responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing data, and recommending solutions to improve processes and systems, often working with stakeholders to implement changes and ensure efficiency and high-quality care.

  • Act in accordance with the established mission, vision, and values.
  • Abide by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability privacy and security regulations regarding all aspects of Protected Health Information (PHI).
  • Maintain effective communication and professional working relationships with leaders, peers, outside agencies, and the public.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, opportunities for growth, and uncover insights.
  • Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling.
  • Develop and document solutions to address identified business problems and needs.
  • Assist in project planning, execution, communication, and monitoring in accordance with strategic goals.
  • Perform financial and operational data mining, validation, analysis, and interpretation to provide timely, reliable, and actionable reports/KPI’s/dashboards to support organization goals and process improvement initiatives.
  • Initiate and support process automation initiatives through technology, process documentation, and training.
  • Collaborate with organizational leaders to ensure effective client, patient, and workforce optimization.

Minimum Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business administration, information system, statistics, or other relevant field
  • Three years of relevant industry experience

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to influence and lead others to conclusion/decision making
  • Ability to facilitate process improvement
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Access, SQL, Tableau, EHR/EMR, and Report Writing
