Volunteer - Hospice of Reno County

Volunteers will assist as needed throughout Hospice in designated areas. These individuals generally work under the direction of the Volunteer Leader within Hospice.

Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

• Assists the designated areas of the hospital with Customer Service needs and basic clerical duties
• Volunteers within Hospice to provide customer service to patients and families.
• Adhere to the rules and guidelines established at Hospice for volunteers.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Desire to work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment and assist patients and their families with questions, directions.
