Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to meet individualized needs.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Float between units as needed to meet staffing demands.
Requirements:
- Active RN licensure in the state of employment
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Telemetry nursing
- ACLS and BLS certification required
- Cerner experience preferred, but not required
