Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Provide attentive, efficient, and friendly service by following our standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• We are seeking a versatile individual who can work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
• Complete all opening side work to prepare for the shift, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
• Finish all closing side work at the end of the shift, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods to provide expert recommendations to guests.
• Familiarize yourself with all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
• Take responsibility for your personal hygiene, grooming, uniform, and professional appearance.
• Punctuality is crucial; report to work on time and clock in only after being fully attired in your uniform.
• Ensure the cleanliness of all dining and patio areas, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
