What are the responsibilities and job description for the Houseman position at Hutchinson Shores Beach Resort?

Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and maintaining the hotel’s guest rooms and public areas, including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and emptying trash.
- Restocking supplies, such as linens, towels, and amenities in the guest rooms and public areas.
- Assisting with the laundry and linen service to include sorting
- Responding to requests from guests and hotel staff, such as providing extra towels or blankets, or assisting with the delivery of guest amenities.
- Reporting any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate staff member.
- Following all health and safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
- Previous experience a plus
