Responsible for the technical aspect of the plastic injection and rubber molding processes. Someone that has a knowledge of plastics and would be able to learn the process for rubber molding. Willing and able to do mold changes, clean molds, as well as mold setting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain Injection Molding Machinery
- Startup of Injection Molding Machinery
- Adjust and maintain quality parts
- Monitor process and cycle times
- Robotic and End of arm experience
- Accurate Completion of paperwork, repair orders, p.m.'s, change logs, startup
- Robot experience - six axis a plus
- Mold setting experience
- Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with maintenance, tooling and production, and other plant and office personnel. Attention to detail and accuracy. Must understand decoupled molding and be versed in working in a manufacturing environment.
EDUCATION &/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent; and at least 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in plastic injection and/or rubber molding.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Basic level math skills; able to subtract, add, multiply, and divide
COMPUTER SKILLS: Good computer skills; able to navigate Microsoft Office
