- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain expertise on John Deere and competitive products, including their mechanics and operation.
- Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of company vehicles and equipment, adhering to safety protocols and standards.

Requirements
